‘The Power of Being Seen’ Weekly Girls' Circle

Helping Your Daughter Build Confidence & Connection:
‘The Power of Being Seen’

This 8-week interactive group is designed for 13- and 14-year-old girls to explore self-esteem, self-image, emotions, self-identity, and friendships in a safe and supportive space. Meeting Thursdays from 3:30-5:00 PM, the group provides a chance for girls to connect, share, and grow together.

One of the most powerful tools we use is called Outsider Witness Practices, which helps girls feel truly seen and heard. In a supportive setting, they share their thoughts and experiences while peers reflect back what stood out to them in a positive and affirming way. This helps girls realize that their struggles, strengths, and stories matter.

'Ben Random'

A monthly gathering for children & teens 12+ years old to discuss business theory and technology.

As we enter a world where humans and technology coexist, it is important to have discussions and share ideas, fears and questions about how this generation sees AI unfolding and what role Generation Z and Alpha have in this profound change in the way we live and move in this world. The discussion will also cover business theory from a macro point of view and a micro point of view which will work in tandem with the Entrepreneur and Innovation class.
